Al Gore Comments on Multi-tier Internet Services

Just kidding, but this is what I thought when I read the headline, “Web inventor warns of ‘dark’ net.”  This has become an interesting topic of discussion, that basically wants to give priority to internet traffic that can pay for it.  If anything like this happens (with Microsoft and Google allied against it) JoeDonahue.org would take even longer to load than it does now.
