Photo Gallery and Potato Famine
Well, more work on the Photo Gallery. I found a new theme that was built for the plug-in I use, and it makes it look a lot better I think. I also have added the Random Image block to the sidebar, as I am sure you have noticed, and am working on integrating more pics from the gallery into the blog entries.
Work is going normal, and school is entering the eye of the storm, but classes end on December 16th (w00t). At that point I look forward to about 6 weeks of vacation before my spring module. 5 days of that vacation will be spent with our families back in Maine, and that will be awesome.
In related news, I am working on a family tree for my Cultural Anthropology class, and discovered that several people on both sides of my family have already done extensive research on this. I have already accessed information that takes me back almost 150 years to ancestors fleeing Ireland because of the potato famine… pretty darn cool. Thanks Nana!
